Daily Outfit: Christmas 2009
What I wore for Christmas dinner with my brother &sister-in-law. Also, in the above picture I am apparently dancing. I think I was in mid-pose when the timer went off.
12/25/09 - detail-ish shot
I remember thinking, “Oh, I’ll pull the scarf away so you can see more of the shirt!” It… didn’t really work. There wasn’t much to see anyway.

12/24/09 - the text lies!!
This is actually from Christmas Eve, not Christmas Day. I went to a family holiday party &decided to wear something comfy &wintery instead of festive. It was a success.
Rundown:

Please note DABOOTS. Fantastic, amazing, perfect boots from a Vintage store on the Lower East Side – &only $25!! I have been wearing them nonstop. I cannot tell you how much I adore these boots. Little heel, lined with (fake) sheepskin, fit perfectly (an ordeal when you have bigger feet – these are Men’s size which I didn’t realize at the time!), and there’s a little buckle on the outer side that reminds me of engineer boots.
Also, I like mixing neutrals. Put that in your Vogue &smoke it!!

A relatively quick photomanip in honor of what Facebook claims is “To Write Lady Gaga on Your Arms Day.” I love me some Lady Gaga, so I decided to take part – unfortunately, I didn’t find out until about 8 this evening! So instead I took inspiration &made a quick shoop.
I got all 200 images from this photoshoot this week, so I’m going to be shopping a few up &posting them to my flickr, so anyone who’s curious can check it out 
Also, did you notice? A variation on this (finally) became my custome header!

I may confuse some with this one. Let me just preface that this is NOT! LOLITA! I used some of my favorite lolita pieces, but the outfit itself is not lolita. KAY? KAY.
daily outfit 12/1/09 - hello crappy shoops!!
This outfit had a mission. That’s right, a MISSION. Said mission is, however, top secret, so I can’t tell you what it is. SUCK IT UP!

Always looking for an excuse to wear these shoes! I bought them because they were cheap, not too uncomfortable, &hey, every girl needs a pair of 5-inch stilettos, just in case, but I haven’t had an excuse to wear them until tonight. Oh yes, I was on a MISSION.
Also apologies for that shitty little shoopage in the corner – my roommate’s stuff was in the frame &I didn’t wanna fuck with it, so I just shooped over it. Yay technology!!
So, did I accomplish my mission? Wouldn’t you like to know! Well, okay, so the truth is I have no idea. But I’m thinking yes.
